Standard Payment Terms

Checks go out promptly 28 days after the receipt of necessary paperwork. (Paperwork includes carriers invoice, original signed Bill of Lading, and signed rate agreement.

Quick Pay Program

We also offer a quick pay program. The carrier can fax over the necessary paperwork (Invoice, bill of lading, and signed rate agreement) and the check will go out that day, regular mail, with a 4% fee taken out.

Advances

We also can give advances to drivers or dispatchers after the driver gets loaded for up to 40% of the total rate on the load. ($20 fee on all advances under $1000 / $25 fee on advances up to $2000 / $30 fee on advances over $2000)

We can act as consultants and/or intermediaries between manufacturers or distributors and transportation companies or even be involved in project management and support services. Even though we try to use our base carriers in every possible situation, we have contact with thousands of other carriers thoughout the 48 states and Canada if needed. Furthermore, we pay these carriers promptly after delivering our shipments to establish good working relationships for the future.

For added convenience, we handle all POD's, OS & D's, and freight management questions at one location, giving one phone number, with no automated answering services. Our coodinators are trained to make all loading and delivery appointments, check on all shipments to ensure they remain on schedule, and dispatch drivers. We strive to collect detailed information on each shipment and accurately transfer that information to you, the customer, if requested. Any of our load coodinators will gladly quote rates in a timely manner to assist your sales staff at their job. Afterall, our goal is to save our customers money. So of course, if rates have to be negotiated, we'll do our best to make that happen.
